Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how quotations, bookings, payments, production services, equipment rental and project delivery are managed by RGB Multimedia.
These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by RGB Multimedia. By requesting a quotation, confirming a booking, hiring equipment or engaging RGB Multimedia for creative, technical or consulting work, you agree to these terms.
All quotations are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Prices may change if the project scope, schedule, location, equipment, crew requirements or other material details are changed after the quotation is issued.
A booking is only confirmed once RGB Multimedia has accepted the booking and any required deposit or advance payment has been received. Availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmation is complete.
Payment terms will be stated on the quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable and the remaining balance must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing. Deposits may be retained to cover administration, preparation, reserved equipment, crew commitments and other costs already incurred. Additional charges may apply where a confirmed project is moved to a new date.
The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, suitable access to the venue, required permissions, safe working conditions and any necessary licences, approvals or releases unless otherwise agreed.
Where creative work is provided, reasonable revision stages may be included in the agreed scope. Additional revisions, changes of direction or work requested outside the original scope may be charged separately.
RGB Multimedia retains ownership of its original production files, working files, templates, technical documents, system designs and creative methods unless ownership is transferred in writing. Clients receive the usage rights or final deliverables stated in the quotation or agreement.
RGB Multimedia may request permission to use selected images, video clips or project information for portfolio, promotional or marketing purposes. Where privacy is required, this should be agreed in writing before production.
Hired equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the agreed condition and timeframe. The client may be responsible for loss, theft, damage, misuse, late return or replacement costs while the equipment is under their control.
RGB Multimedia will not be liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, power failure, internet failure, transport disruption, illness, government action or equipment damage not caused by negligence.
RGB Multimedia will take reasonable care in delivering services. To the extent permitted by law, liability will be limited to the value of the relevant service or the amount paid for that service.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the RGB Multimedia Privacy Policy. Information submitted through the website or during a project will only be used for legitimate business and service-delivery purposes.
RGB Multimedia may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website will apply unless different terms are agreed in writing for a specific project.
